How long has it been since you graduated from Trane Boot Camp?  A year? Two years?  No matter how long, consider attending Boot Camp again.  As you progress with your career your Boot Camp skills can get rusty, so a refresher course is a very good idea. You can learn the principles again, you can learn the new material we’ve added to fit today’s hvac world, and you can share ideas and learn tips and techniques from your classmates.  So have some fun reviewing some of the past graduates below, and then call your Territory Manager to register for an upcoming Trane Boot Camp!

You’ve probably been in the industry long enough to know what you’re doing.

Things you might remember from your first Boot Camp:

We’re going through another round of minimum efficiency increases.  In Boot Camp, we’re shooting the final presentations directly to SD cards.  If you still remember where yours is, you should pop it in to your computer and remind yourself how far you’ve come.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You’re almost always accessible, making calls, replying to email, scheduling, and texting from the phone you’re carrying in your pocket.  Our industry continues to evolve.  Like so much of our ever-connected world, it’s changing more rapidly now than ever before.

Late 2000’s Boot Camp Graduate: 2006-2010

You’ve probably been in the industry long enough to know what you’re doing.

Things you might remember from your first Boot Camp:

13 SEER became the minimum efficiency in January of 2006.  In Boot Camp, we’d just made the transition from VHS to DVD cameras.  Your final presentation is probably on a mini-DVD.  Do you still have it somewhere?

The first iPhone was released June 2007.  That seems like so long ago.  Our industry continues to evolve.  Like so much of our ever-connected world, it’s changing more rapidly now than ever before.

Early 2000’s Boot Camp Graduates: 2000-2005

You’ve been using the No Pressure Selling® process for a decade or two at this point.

Things you might remember from your first Boot Camp:

10 SEER was the minimum efficiency.  You instructor may or may not have been Steve Howard.  There were five different instructors who joined the team during this timeframe.  We’d just made the transition from overhead projector to Power Point and your final presentation was shot using VHS.  Do you still have it somewhere?  Do you have anything in your house that can play it?

You were in Boot Camp years before the first smart phone was invented.  You might have had a cell phone to return calls from clients, maybe even a pager.  Our industry has changed a lot since those days.  Like so much of our ever-connected world, it’s changing more rapidly now than ever before.

Things you might remember from your first Boot Camp:
